"New here plus need answers"

Hi everyone,
My name is Kim and I am new here. My teeth have been bad for along time and just recently have I went to a dentist to get them pulled and filled. I know that he said something about there could be some damage to my nerve but I am curious to find out if anyone has had leg jerkings from the damage, not being able to sleep at night and it has been a little over a week since I was there having my cavities filled but now the right side of my face it hurting me and it is hard to eat a twizzler now and here is the real kicker I used up all of my dental insurance getting the rest of the work done....

Thank you all,
Kim

At least you were warned. Most of us who suffer from nerve damage were not.

   Kim,

Go back to the dentist to have your fillings checked. You may have a high area. This problem can cause alot of pain, but can easily be corrected. You shouldn't be charged more for this service.

Kim..how many teeth did you have filled and pulled? Was most of the dental work done on your right side? Can you describe the pain you're feeling on the right side a bit more?

Also, were you put on antibiotics after the removal of your teeth? I'm just wondering if your leg spasms could possibly be a side effect of antibiotics? I have 'restless leg syndrome' from time to time which wakes me up during the night...so I think I can relate to those 'leg jerkings' that you're experiencing.
